Ruski restaurant boasts of unrivaled panoramic views of Moscow city and holds the title of the highest restaurant in Europe. It seems to be floating on air – The Space is bringt and breathtaking.
The elegant modern atmosphere of the restaurant is a post – avantgard interpretatuion of Russian culture and corresponds perfectly to its spirit, offering guests traditional Russian cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant not only has the only fully open display kitchen where the whose process of food preparation can be spectated by guests but has a wood burning traditional Russian pechka, to which aq whole section of the menu is dedicated. With the kitchen at its core, the guest zones are positioned to take the benefit of the 360 degree views of the city from a position so high, that sometimes it’s above cloud.
The restaurant is split into 4 zones of the natural elements, paying homage to the Russian pagan culture. The kitchen is fire, the ice bar is water, with 2 enclosed dining halls taking earth and air. They are all brought together by the light color scheme. Brass, chrome, stone and spectacular beauty of distressed wood, form the unique style of the restaurant where most elements are bespoke and were created by Yuna Megre for this project.
